1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl866 ("jl866," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl866 online casino, sportsbook, and gaming platform accessible at jl866.org and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jl866 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl866 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method matching.

When registering your jl866 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

jl866 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a government-issued ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of payment method ownership.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl866 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jl866 supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven / Bayad Center (cash deposit), USDT, and Coins.ph.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made through GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl866 wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. jl866 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed in real time during normal operating hours for amounts up to ₱100,000. Withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 are subject to a compliance review as required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and are typically processed within the same business day.

jl866 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source of funds declarations for large withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to the account wallet.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Players must complete applicable bonus wagering before withdrawals are processed from any balance that includes bonus funds.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

jl866 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific promotion terms supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• jl866 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. jl866 will specify the applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x) in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between players and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are completed.
• jl866 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jl866 operate according to their published rules and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by independent studios with professionally trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by jl866 or any operator action after a game round has commenced.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl866. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one jl866 account (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or transact on jl866.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or manipulate jl866 systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jl866 game or system.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players to gain unfair advantage.

• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds from a payment method not registered in your name.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes — jl866 will contest all unwarranted chargebacks and may pursue legal action to recover funds.
• Accessing jl866 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification processes.

8.Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any jl866 content or software.

Third-party game content (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their licensing agreements with jl866.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl866's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to jl866 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl866 shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform downtime, game malfunction, or payment processing delays beyond jl866's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform — players accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk.
• Technical failures attributable to third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or game studios.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jl866's gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.

11.Privacy

jl866's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by jl866's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jl866, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl866 processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of the Philippines) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Players have rights of access, correction, and deletion regarding their personal data, subject to jl866's legal obligations under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

12.Suspension & Termination

jl866 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• jl866 is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
• A player is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A player's account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse or exploitation.
• Identity verification (KYC) requests are not responded to within the specified timeframe.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, jl866 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance net of bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their jl866 account at any time by contacting jl866 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any jl866 service shall first be submitted to jl866's customer support team for internal resolution. jl866 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal resolution, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under jl866's regulatory framework. Disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.Amendments to These Terms

jl866 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl866 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an SMS notification to registered mobile numbers, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using jl866 and may request account closure as described in Section 12. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
